Animals and the Animal Control Laws

In no event shall any pet be permitted in any portion of the Common Elements unless carried or on a leash. For complete details check your community By-Laws. Architectural Guidelines

All changes to the appearance of your condo must be pre-approved. This includes exact matches for windows and doors. Complete and submit the Architectural Change Form prior to starting any projects. Failure to have the project pre-approved may result in fines and/or having to redo the work. The form can be found at under the Documents link on this website.

Being a Good Neighbor

1-Garbage collection protocols require that everyone appropriately bag their garbage and place the garbage bag(s) in a trash can. All garbage bags should have the open end tied shut. The cans should either be placed at the cul-de-sac end or inside the front entrance.

2-Garbage cans must be retrieved by the evening of the date of collection.

3-If a Resident’s garbage is not appropriately bagged & canned, the Resident will be fined for littering.

4-All recycling items must be in a recycle container that has a lid. Too much paper, plastic, etc., blow our of open bags and cans to litter the community area and personal yards.

5-Use your own parking spots for your vehicles. Direct your guests to the Visitor Parking spots. Towing is in effect. 6-Be considerate. Don’t smoke skunk marijuana and other drugs outside of your townhouse.
